"Claire worked within the Community Development Team at Catalyst for two years. Her job title was Community Development Officer, but she exceeded this in terms of her contribution. Claire's intelligence and original ideas shone through her work. She developed innovative and unique ways of involving even the most marginalised and hard to reach groups of young people. Her projects were exciting, fun to be involved with and inspired other team members. She not only developed youth participation in Catalyst with impressive results, but was also able to produce video, artwork and involvement tools, which were original and insightful.
