Informed by the distinct methodologies from my research, I design and deliver workshops that use and utilise the arts as tools for empowerment. These workshops will often be part of a project which will result in an exhibition and/or showcase (see other section). My core aim is to provide a range of media and mediums through which participants can tell their own stories, learn new skills and alter the way in which they are seen and see themselves.
